Cranleigh Young Farmers Flower Arranging Fri 3rd Oct

This week Cranleigh Young Farmers will be making table flower arrangements for our Harvest Supper evening the following day.

Sunday 7th Sept – Cranleigh Young Farmers’ Horse Show and Gymkhana

Sunday 7th Sept is the date of our annual fundraising Horse Show and Gymkhana at Rooks Hill Farm on the A281 near Bramley.

5 rings with a total of 35 classes for every type of pony, horse and rider.

Spectators welcome for free. Refreshments available all day.

Cranleigh Show Saturday 2nd Aug

Cranleigh Young Farmers will be running our Bowl for a Pig stand at the Cranleigh Show so come along and meet some of our members.

Fri 27th June – Young Farmers Cycle ride from Bramley to Cranleigh

This week Cranleigh Young Farmers will be cycling from the old Bramley railway station to Snoxhall park in Cranleigh via the cycle track.

If you would like to come along, please meet there at 7.30pm.  After the ride we’ll have drinks and crisps and then play a few ball games until being collected at 9pm at Snoxhall.

Cranleigh Young Farmers Fri 25th April – Bowlhead Green Farm

This week Cranleigh members are meeting at Bowlhead Green Farm where Jo Ranson will be giving demonstrations on Dairy and Beef cattle judging.

Fri 28th March – Stone Paperweight painting

This week Cranleigh Young Farmers will be painting paperweight stones for the Cowpie competition. Meeting at Grafham Hall on the A281 7.30pm – 9pm as usual.

Fri 21st March – bell ringing at St.Margaret’s, Ockley

This week Cranleigh members will be meeting at St.Margaret’s Church at Ockley Court (Coles Lane RH5 5LS) for a demonstration of bell ringing and having a go themselves.

Owls at Grafham Hall

Dan Clare Competition – Grafham Hall

This week Cranleigh Young Farmers are holding their annual Dan Clare Trophy competition at Grafham Hall. This is our ‘indoor rally’ testing the youngsters on anything from making a cup of tea to identifying footprints.  If you fancy coming along (with home made cheese scones!) please turn up at Grafham Hall on the A281 (near Run Common Road).
